Problem / Goal
Schools juggled student records, attendance, grades, and fee payments across registers and spreadsheets, making reports slow and error-prone. The goal was a single system for the entire institution.
Solution
Built a full school management system with student and staff profiles, attendance tracking, grade books, fee management, timetables, and PDF report generation β with role-based access for admin, teachers, and parents.
My Role & Responsibilities
Led full-stack development: database schema, student/staff modules, attendance and grade tracking, fee management, and a clean admin dashboard.

Reports that took days to compile are now generated instantly; student data searchable in under a second.
Challenges & Learnings
Designing role-based permissions and generating complex report cards taught me to plan data models carefully and handle edge cases in academic calculations.
